Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is hiring for an engagement-focused role that drives complex deployments of the Idira EPM solution across enterprise environments. You will architect rollout plans, align with security requirements, and guide customers on policy implementations.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of service and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• 2+ years deploying Endpoint enterprise software in a technical role.
• 2+ years in technology implementation or consulting.
• Strong understanding of networking, systems administration, and information security.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise deployments of the Idira EPM solution including deployment and management.
• Design and architect EPM rollout to meet customer security requirements.
• Advise on business requirements with EPM policies.
• Demonstrate understanding of enterprise endpoint and privileged management.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
