Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Program Controls Cost Analyst (P3) for a remote US-based role. You will perform financial analysis, forecasting, and EVMS oversight across program portfolios, interfacing with Program Management and functional teams.

The candidate will contribute to EAC development, cost reviews, and funding analysis, with a focus on timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience using SAP financial systems (APEX, PRISM, BW/AO).
• Experience with EVMS, program controls, cost and schedule management, or EAC processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and reporting for a portfolio of programs, including all elements of cost.
• Support monthly program status reviews, EAC reviews, and LRE development.
• Perform EVM cost and schedule analysis for production programs per EVMS requirements.
