Job summary

RTX is seeking a P3 Analyst on the Bluejay Program within the Airborne Spectrum Dominance area. This role supports EVMS, earned value reporting, and financial planning for a classified development effort, coordinating with IPTs and program management.

You will compile monthly EV reports, develop SDRLs, and help manage EAC/LRE processes, monitoring variances and producing trend analyses with Excel. A U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with government Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and compliance.
• Experience using EVM tools such as PMX, SAP, PRISM, or Program Metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS processes and requirements for the program.
• Compile monthly Earned Value reports for Program Management.
• Develop SDRLs and monthly external EV reporting to the customer.
• Coordinate EAC and LRE processes with functional organizations.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze variances to plan.
• Provide financial planning inputs including AOP and LRSP.
