Job summary

RTX seeks an early-career finance professional to support program finance activities including internal and external reporting, proposal development, and FP&A tasks. This role focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, EAC development, and presenting financial information for program and functional teams.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a focus in finance/accounting.
• Experience with Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly program financial reports and customer deliverables.
• Develop quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) with costs and risks.
• Create budgets and monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
• Maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in SAP/APEX.
• Collaborate with program stakeholders on forecasts and financial objectives.
