Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst EBA to support Earned Value Management inputs and cost control across engineering and program leads. The role focuses on EVMS, EAC/LRE development, and variance analysis to drive predictable costs and schedules.

The candidate will work with SAP/APEX and PMX reporting tools, coordinating with control account managers and program leads. Relocation assistance is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Requires University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with EVMS processes and cost/ scheduling analysis.
• Proficient in SAP/APEX or similar ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Create Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) on a quarterly/monthly basis with cost estimates and risk assessment.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, document variances, and drive cost/schedule control.
