Job summary

RTX in US-MA TEWKSBURY is seeking a seasoned finance professional as Principal Analyst, Program Cost Controls (P3) to support NASAMS programs within the LADS SBU. You will oversee material execution finance, EAC development, and EVMS reporting.

Role requires a degree or equivalent experience, SAP and MS Office experience, and the ability to analyze costs and schedules. U.S. citizenship is required for access to program data.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience using SAP Business System and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities relevant to finance and EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Support EAC development including costs, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze monthly variances and assist in forecasting for programs and SBUs.
• Prepare cost estimates for new proposals and support basis of estimates.
• Develop and maintain WBS in APEX/SAP; manage Earned Value reporting.
• Lead process improvement projects and mentor teammates when needed.
