Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Program Controls Cost Analyst (P3) to deliver financial analysis and reporting for a portfolio of programs. You will support program cost, schedule, forecasting, EVMS, and program controls activities in a remote capacity.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience or 3+ with an advanced degree, EVMS certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months, and U.S. citizenship. Competitive benefits and a flexible work arrangement are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related work experience; or 3+ years with advanced degree.
• EVMS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and reporting for a portfolio of programs and all elements of cost.
• Support monthly program status reviews, EAC reviews, and LRE development.
• Perform EVM cost and schedule analysis across production programs per EVMS requirements.
