Job summary

RTX seeks a Principal Program Controls Cost Analyst to drive EVMS-based cost and schedule analysis across a portfolio of programs. You will create forecasts, support EAC and ROM estimates, and participate in gate reviews and funding analysis.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of program controls experience, SAP/APEX/BW tools familiarity, and EVMS certification or plan to obtain it within 6 months. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience using SAP financial systems (APEX, PRISM or BW/AO).
• EVMS, cost and schedule management and EAC processes required.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and reporting for a portfolio of programs.
• Support monthly status reviews, EAC and LRE development.
• Conduct EVM cost and schedule analysis for production programs.
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts and analyses for management.
• Support gate reviews, RFIs, ROM estimates and funding analysis.
• Assist cash management, invoicing and balance sheet activities.
• Communicate variances to established financial plans and forecasts.
