Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer- Network to work with account teams and customers, guiding discussions on network platforms and how technology enables business. This remote role is centered in the Houston, TX area and requires deep Cisco networking knowledge.

The successful candidate will educate sales teams, design infrastructure solutions, and build strong OEM/partner relationships, contributing to SHI’s growth in data center, cloud, and network spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Cisco networking products (Switches, Routers, Wireless, Nexus, Meraki).
• Strong knowledge of network technologies including SD-WAN, cloud edge, and secure access.
• Experience educating sales teams and customers on network solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer environments and design tailored network solutions.
• Lead product trainings and provide technical education to the sales team and customers.
• Educate and develop sales teams on network technology trends and solutions.
