SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer- Network to support account teams, customers, and go-to-market initiatives.

This remote role in the Atlanta, GA area requires a consultative approach to discuss Network platforms, align technology with business goals, and identify opportunities for SHI. You will collaborate with architects to evaluate environments, design tailored solutions, and maintain relationships with OEMs and partners while educating sales teams on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience with Cisco networking products (switches, routers, wireless, Nexus, Meraki).
Experience traveling to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.
Advanced Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, JNCIP, CASX, ACSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer data center environments and infrastructure technologies.
Design and propose tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs and partners; stay updated on product information.
Provide product training and technical education to sales teams and customers.
Act as a trusted IT advisor for customers; partner with Field Account Executives.
Develop strategies for top prospects and acquire new business.
