Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer - Network to work with Architects and account teams, guiding customers through Network platforms and business-aligned technology strategies.

This remote role in the Raleigh, NC area offers a hybrid work setup as determined by SHI management. The role requires strong networking knowledge, Cisco product experience, and the ability to educate sales teams on technical selling.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Cisco networking products, including switches, routers, wireless, Nexus, and Meraki, and familiarity with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).
• Advanced Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, JNCIP, CASX, ACSP.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customer environments and design network solutions.
• Educate and train sales teams on network technology and solutions.
• Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs for account management.
• Develop solutions that fit customer needs and budgets across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, Collaboration, and Services.
