Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer- Network to work with Architects and account teams on network platforms. The role is remote in the Phoenix, AZ territory with a home office setup as determined by SHI.

You will consult with clients, design tailored network infrastructures, train sales teams, and build strong OEM/partner relationships. Experience with SD-WAN, data center networking, and Cisco products is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• Strong knowledge of network solutions including route/switch, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, cloud edge, virtual networking and security.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to assess customer environments and design network solutions.
• Strengthen relationships with OEMs and partners and stay updated on product information.
• Educate and train sales teams on network solutions and technologies.
• Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs to ensure alignment of technology with business goals.
• Develop tailored infrastructure proposals that meet customer needs and budgets.
