Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or seven years and a Master’s degree, or equivalent.
• Infrastructure engineering experience with pre-sales preferred.
• Technical and solutions experience across multiple verticals.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization and presentation skills.
• Customer focus with ability to design and manage complex solutions.
• Ability to interface with senior levels inside and outside the organization.
• Ability to mentor junior Systems Engineers in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage account and partner responsibilities for selected accounts in assigned territory.
• Provide the optimum hardware, software, and services mix for complex customer needs.
• Contribute to bid, proposal, and presentation development for the prospect.
• Offer solutions/technology/product/technical and sales support for accounts.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers, partners, and prospects.
• Manage vendor partners to drive demand generation events.
• Grow account relationships and maintain a sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ offerings and solution capabilities.
• Provide consultative support to stakeholders in the territory.
• Use product knowledge in sales presentations and demos.
• Assist sales staff in applying company products to customer needs.
• Prepare detailed product specifications for implementations.
