Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect – Full Stack Observability to lead client engagements and internal practice development. You will guide telemetry strategies, design target-state architectures, and deliver compelling demos, POCs, and presentations.

The role blends presales with internal enablement, focusing on observability platforms, OpenTelemetry adoption, and integration with ITSM, CI/CD, and security tooling. Remote work with home-office setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in observability, monitoring, SRE, or related roles.
• Presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience required.
• Certifications in observability, cloud, or ITIL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements and client discovery for observability solutions.
• Design target-state architectures, discuss instrumentation and telemetry strategies.
• Deliver demos, POCs, and technical presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Create reference architectures and enablement content for internal teams.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors; guide platform consolidation decisions.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying observability opportunities and improving offerings.
