Job summary

Atlassian is hiring a Senior Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer to drive the technical side of complex sales cycles for our DX products. You will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate platform value, design tailored integrations, and guide customers through deployment strategies.

You will lead technical discovery, convey business value of technical solutions, and synthesize client feedback to influence product direction while supporting multiple opportunities concurrently.

Qualifications

• Exposure to programming (Ruby/Rails preferred) with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
• Experience with Git and GitHub CLI.
• Familiarity with SQL and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Evaluations with Account Executives, driving all technical aspects of the sales cycle including POCs and pilots.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client needs and engineering workflows.
• Ask targeted questions to uncover client processes, branching strategies, deployment workflows, and tooling.
