Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to drive the post-sales technical implementation of the DX product, including onboarding, complex integrations, and architecture alignment for Enterprise customers.

You will act as the technical authority, collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Product teams to ensure maximum value and successful adoption across diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with programming languages (Ruby/Rails or Python) and solid understanding of APIs/RESTful services.
• Version control experience with Git and GitHub CLI.
• Familiarity with SQL (Postgres preferred) and data-driven analytics.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation across post-sales lifecycle, onboarding, and complex integrations.
• Architect and map the DX platform to customer workflows and structures.
• Design and build tailored solutions to connect DX APIs with client environments.
• Consult on engineering processes, branching, and deployment pipelines for optimal performance.
• Provide trusted advisory on DX analytics, deployment methodologies, and organizational transformation.
• Capture feedback to inform product roadmap and feature enhancements.
