Job summary

Acre Security is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our Sales Engineering team. You will act as a trusted advisor for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise security solutions across Central Europe, designing secure, scalable solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements, drive PoCs, develop architectures, and support RFPs while enabling partners. Fluency in English is required; other European languages are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong PACS and VMS security expertise.
• Degree in CS/Cyber Security/Engineering or equivalent.
• English fluency; other European language advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements with product demos, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Manage PoCs with defined success criteria and validation.
• Develop solution architectures, BOMs, diagrams, and integration designs.
• Contribute technical content for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and cybersecurity questionnaires.
• Train channel partners and system integrators on capabilities and security practices.
• Represent Acre at industry events, workshops, and partner activities.
• Provide market feedback to Product, Marketing and Support to guide roadmap.
