Job summary

Acre Security is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to drive technical engagements in the Northeastern US. This remote role partners with sales and channel teams to understand customer needs, demonstrate Acre Security solutions, and manage PoCs.

You will craft architectures, respond to RFPs, and help shape product direction based on market demand. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in a customer-facing engineering role, solid understanding of physical access control and video management systems, and

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a similar field role.
Familiarity with Physical Access Control Systems, Video Management Systems, or security software preferred.
Presales or deployment experience in physical security solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience with workstation/server OS, networks, and basic cloud or database concepts is helpful.

Responsibilities

Be the trusted advisor for Acre Security solutions in the region, supporting sales and channel partners.
Lead technical demonstrations tailored to customer needs and conduct PoCs.
Manage Proof of Concept activities and timelines.
Participate in industry events and customer briefings to promote Acre Security solutions.
Support proposals with technical responses, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
