Job summary

Planet Labs is hiring a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect for Europe, primarily Western and Northern regions. The role is remote based in France or the United Kingdom with up to 50% international travel.

You will work with internal teams to voice customer needs and tailor solutions for defense and intelligence workloads. You will present, educate, and advise on Planet’s data offerings, support RFP processes, and drive engagements across Europe.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of experience supporting the Defense community in Europe.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for regional customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally, mainly in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver presentations and product demonstrations highlighting Planet’s platform.
• Act as trusted advisor to customer’s technical and management staff.
• Recommend solutions architecture to fit customer challenges.
• Assist with tender responses (RFI/RFP) and related proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop account plans and engagement strategies.
• Lead workshops or training sessions with users.
