Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Arkansas.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from day one through settlement.
• Be the client's advocate and connect them to the right care.
• Drive cases forward with urgency and precision.
• Build demand packages and negotiate outcomes.
• Be the source of truth on every case using technology.
• Maintain full ownership and accountability.
