TopDog Law LLC is a growing national personal injury firm operating in a fully remote environment. This role supports attorneys and case managers from intake through pre-litigation, focusing on early case evaluation and documentation management.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years in Louisiana pre-litigation, strong organization, and clear communication. Paralegal credentials are preferred; familiarity with Filevine, Clio, and SmartAdvocate is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Louisiana.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (not required)
• Experience with case management software (Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate).
• Experience reviewing, summarizing medical records and bills.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess merits of Personal Injury claims by organizing and summarizing records to support early case evaluation and valuation.
• Gather documentation and ensure complete case files prior to demand in the pre-litigation process.
• Prepare demand packages with medical and billing summaries to maximize claim value.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates during pre-litigation stage.
