Job summary

TopDog Law LLC is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to own the client relationship from intake through settlement. This fully remote role requires a proactive advocate who can manage a high-volume North Carolina PI caseload with discipline and empathy.

You will use modern case-management tools (Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate) to stay organized and move cases efficiently. A Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate is preferred, with 2–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in North Carolina.
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Experience with case management software (Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from day one through settlement; Welcome Call is yours and the outcome is yours.
• Act as the client’s advocate, connecting them quickly to the right care and guiding them through a stressful process.
• Drive cases forward through each phase with urgency, precision, and purpose.
• Build demand packages that tell a compelling story and negotiate favorable outcomes for clients.
• Be the source of truth on every case, leveraging technology to stay sharp and move fast.
