Job summary

TopDog Law, a nationally scaling personal injury firm, is hiring a Case Manager to own the client relationship from intake through settlement. You will coordinate care, review medical records, and move cases forward with urgency in a fast-paced remote setting across Arizona.

We seek candidates with 2–6 years of PI pre-litigation experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Arizona
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from day one through settlement; Welcome Call is yours and the relationship is yours
• Be the client's dedicated advocate, connecting them to the right care quickly with confidence and compassion
• Drive cases forward with urgency, moving through each phase with precision and purpose
• Build demand packages that tell a compelling story and negotiate toward outcomes that matter for clients
• Be the source of truth on every case you touch, using cutting-edge technology to stay sharp and move fast
• This is a high-ownership role with meaningful impact in the firm
