Job summary

TopDog Law is seeking a Case Manager to own the client relationship from day one through settlement. You will be the advocate, connect clients to the right care, and move cases forward with urgency while leveraging cutting-edge case management software.

You will bring 2–6 years of Personal Injury pre-litigation experience in Arkansas, strong organization, and excellent written and verbal communication. A Bachelor's or Paralegal Certificate is preferred; the team works fully remotely with

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Arkansas.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

• Drive cases forward with urgency, moving through each phase with precision and purpose
• Build demand packages that tell a compelling story and negotiate toward outcomes that make a real difference for real people
• Be the source of truth on every case you touch, leveraging cutting-edge technology to stay sharp, move fast, and never let anything slip
• This is not a hand-off role, it's full ownership, and for the right person, it's one of the most impactful seats in the firm
