The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, reusable knowledge assets, and scalable solutions that enhance client value while respecting attorney judgment.

The position requires a JD and at least five years of experience in law or legal operations, plus strong communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• JD and a 4-year degree in a relevant field required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to identify business challenges and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation, knowledge management, and workflow improvement projects for the Litigation PSC from concept through implementation.
• Develop and deliver knowledge assets, playbooks, templates, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Advise attorneys and staff on firm tools, knowledge assets, and adoption of innovative practices.
• Support client-facing initiatives and measure impact through adoption metrics and outcomes.
