Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to act as the innovation partner for the Litigation PSC, driving knowledge management, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled solutions. This remote role partners with attorneys and business teams to implement scalable improvements that enhance client value and service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a JD and at least 5 years of experience in law or knowledge management, with proven expertise in legal tech and generative AI, and

Qualifications

• J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation, knowledge management, and workflow improvement projects for the Litigation PSC from concept through implementation.
• Contribute to client-facing solutions and innovative service delivery models.
• Support client presentations, demonstrations, and business development initiatives showcasing Practice Innovation capabilities.
