Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to act as the innovation partner for the Litigation Practice Specialty Centers. This remote role focuses on improving legal service delivery through knowledge management, workflow optimization, and AI adoption.

The position requires a J.D. and 4-year degree, 5+ years in law or legal ops, and proven experience with legal tech and generative AI. Collaboration with attorneys and business teams is essential.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges, develop practical, scalable solutions, and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse teams; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional relationship-building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an innovative mindset.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary liaison for innovation and knowledge management within Litigation PSC.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal service delivery, knowledge sharing, productivity, and client value.
• Translate needs into actionable knowledge, innovation, workflows, and technology initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between attorneys and business teams to implement practical solutions.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation across PSCs and the firm.
• Monitor adoption and impact, adjusting training and solutions based on feedback.
