Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to serve as the innovation partner for the Litigation PSC, enhancing legal service delivery through knowledge management, workflow optimization, and technology adoption.

You will analyze workflows, develop reusable knowledge assets, design AI-enabled workflows, and help attorneys adopt innovative ways of working, bridging legal practice with technology and business teams.

Formación

• Must hold a J.D. or equivalent and a 4-year degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management, and process improvement.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Practice Innovation liaison for the Litigation PSC and advise on innovation and knowledge management.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal service delivery, knowledge sharing, productivity, and client value.
• Translate practice and client needs into actionable knowledge, workflows, and technology initiatives.
• Lead knowledge management and workflow improvement projects from concept through implementation.
• Evaluate and pilot legal technology and AI tools; provide recommendations on adoption and retirement.
