Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to act as the innovation partner for the Litigation Practice Specialty Centers. The role focuses on knowledge management, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled workflows to improve legal service delivery and client value.

This remote position collaborates with attorneys and business teams to translate practice needs into practical, scalable innovations that enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Exceptional relationship-building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the innovation partner for the Litigation PSC, providing strategic advice on innovation and knowledge management matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal service delivery, knowledge sharing, productivity, and client value.
• Translate practice and client needs into actionable knowledge, innovation, workflow, and technology initiatives.
• Lead innovation, knowledge management, and workflow improvement projects for the Litigation PSC from concept through implementation.
• Contribute to the development of client-facing solutions, alternative service delivery models, and other strategic innovation initiatives.
• Support client presentations, demonstrations, feedback sessions, proposals, and business development initiatives that showcase the firm’s Practice Innovation capabilities.
