You will translate practice needs into scalable assets, prototype AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with attorneys and technology teams to enhance client value.

The role emphasizes training, adoption, and measurement of impact, with remote work flexibility and cross-functional collaboration across practice groups.

Formación

• J.D. and a 4-year degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead innovation and knowledge management projects from concept to implementation.
• Develop and deliver training and materials for attorneys on knowledge resources, technology, and initiatives.
• Advise attorneys on effective use of firm tools and workflows.
• Promote adoption through practical use cases and ongoing engagement with practice groups.
• Monitor adoption, feedback, and barriers to adjust solutions.
