Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to act as the innovation partner for the Litigation Practice Specialty Centers. The role focuses on improving legal service delivery through knowledge management, AI-enabled workflows, and technology adoption.

Qualified candidates will have a J.D. and at least five years of relevant experience, with demonstrated expertise in legal technology, generative AI, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Practice Innovation liaison for the Litigation PSC and advise on innovation and knowledge management matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal service delivery, knowledge sharing, productivity, and client value.
• Develop and deliver training, workshops, demonstrations, and support materials related to knowledge resources, technology, and innovation initiatives.
• Lead innovation projects from concept through implementation and measure adoption impact.
