  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
  • Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges, develop practical, scalable solutions, and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and innovative mindset.

Responsabilités

  • Build trusted relationships with attorneys and practice leaders to identify opportunities to improve legal service delivery, knowledge sharing, productivity, and client value.
  • Translate practice and client needs into actionable knowledge, innovation, workflow, and technology initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration between attorneys and business teams to develop and implement practical solutions.
  • Develop, prototype, test, refine, maintain, and govern practice-specific knowledge assets, including playbooks, knowledge repositories, precedents, databases, workflows, templates, prompts, skills, and other solutions.
  • Capture attorney experience, institutional knowledge, and best practices, translating them into scalable assets that improve consistency, quality, and client value across the firm.
  • Analyze legal workflows and deliverables to identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, workflow improvement, and client-facing solutions, and translate successful practices into scalable workflows, knowledge assets, and reusable firm resources.
  • Evaluate and pilot legal technology and AI tools, including performing comparative analyses and providing recommendations about purchase, expansion, and retirement of solutions.
  • Coordinate with technology and business teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, sustainable, and aligned with firm governance requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training, workshops, demonstrations, and support materials related to knowledge resources, technology, and innovation initiatives, in coordination with the Learning team.
  • Advise attorneys and business professionals regarding effective use of firm tools, knowledge assets, and workflows.
  • Promote adoption through practical use cases, demonstrations, pilot programs, and ongoing engagement with practice groups.
  • Gather user feedback and adoption insights to refine solutions and maximize business impact.
  • Monitor adoption, usage, feedback, and implementation barriers and adjust training, communications, and solution design accordingly.
  • Lead innovation, knowledge management, and workflow improvement projects for the Litigation PSC from concept through implementation.
  • Contribute to the development of client-facing solutions, alternative service delivery models, and other strategic innovation initiatives.
  • Support client presentations, demonstrations, feedback sessions, proposals, and business development initiatives that showcase the firm’s Practice Innovation capabilities.
  • Measure, communicate, and continuously improve the impact of Practice Innovation initiatives through adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, lessons learned, and outcome assessment.
  • Capture and share successful use cases, implementation lessons, and innovation success stories to expand impact across PSCs and the broader firm.
