You will partner with attorneys and business teams, translating needs into actionable initiatives while aligning with firm governance and security standards. This remote role offers opportunities to impact multiple practice areas.

Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Serve as the innovation partner for the Litigation Practice Specialty Centers, advising on innovation and knowledge management.
Identify opportunities to improve legal service delivery, knowledge sharing, and client value.
Develop and govern knowledge assets, playbooks, precedents, and AI-enabled workflows.
Pilot and evaluate legal tech and AI tools, guiding purchases and retirements.
Deliver training and support materials to promote adoption across practice groups.
