Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Practice Innovation Attorney to partner with the Litigation PSC, shaping knowledge management and workflow innovations. The role focuses on AI-enabled solutions, scalable knowledge assets, and driving adoption across matter teams.

You will collaborate with attorneys, practice leaders, and technology teams to translate client needs into practical, scalable improvements while ensuring legal judgment guides all work.

Formación

• J.D. and a 4-year degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Experience with legal technology, generative AI, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Practice Innovation liaison for the Litigation PSC, advising on innovation and knowledge management.
• Develop and govern knowledge assets, including playbooks, templates, and prompts for scalable reuse.
• Analyze workflows and identify automation and AI-enabled opportunities.
• Promote adoption through training, workshops, and client-facing demonstrations.
