Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges and drive scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Practice Innovation liaison for the Litigation PSC, advising on innovation and knowledge management.
Build trusted relationships with attorneys and practice leaders to improve service delivery and client value.
Translate needs into actionable knowledge, workflows, and technology initiatives.
Coordinate with technology and business teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
