Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead high voltage and EHV substation/transmission projects in the Power & Energy Management Team. The role covers scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client relationships with travel across the Southwest region and remote work options.

The successful candidate will manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive quality, and ensure project performance from proposal through closeout while promoting WSP's services to existing and new clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; 12+ years PM experience in Power Delivery.
• Minimum of 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams on HV/EHV substation or transmission projects.
• Experience with PM processes/tools: contract management, risk, schedule, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV substations and transmission projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and KPIs are met.
• Develop strategies to engage stakeholders and report progress to clients.
• Lead pursuit activities, contract reviews, and risk mitigation for defined projects.
• Coordinate resources, lead kick-off meetings, and ensure QA/QC adherence.
• Deliver regular client reporting and support project closeout with lessons learned.
