Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery - Project Manager to lead high voltage substation and transmission line engineering projects across the South and Southwest regions. The role involves managing technical scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships, with travel to client sites and the flexibility to work remotely from approved locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field in Power & Energy market.
• 12+ years of relevant post-education PM experience in Power Delivery/Utility.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/LV substations or transmission lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV substation and transmission line projects, including budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
• Engage stakeholders, maintain relationships, and report progress to clients.
• Lead contract reviews, risk mitigation, and principal reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate resource planning and subcontracting in a timely manner.
• Ensure QA/QC and project documentation are maintained throughout lifecycle.
