Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years progressively more responsible related work experience.
• Understanding of a research study and its conduct, and how project objectives contribute to program goals.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
• Experience managing a team working toward complex goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Supervise project staff, provide performance feedback and development planning.
• Coordinate meetings, contracts with vendors, and travel as needed.
• Support proposal development, grant writing, and task delegation across teams.
• Ensure compliance with contract and funding specifications and budget tracking.
