Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years of progressively responsible related work experience.
• Understanding of a research study and its conduct and how objectives contribute to program goals.
• High accuracy, discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing a team toward complex goals and with project management tools.
• Completed project management training and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Provide supervision and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist with timelines, meetings logistics, and vendor contract negotiations.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare materials.
• Support proposal development and grant-related activities.
• Work with Project Manager on task delegation and professional development.
