Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager to lead project support teams, supervise staff, and coordinate timelines and meetings for complex health research programs.

You will oversee vendor contracts, support grant writing, and contribute to proposals, with some overnight travel as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience are expected to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years progressively more responsible related work experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Demonstrated thorough understanding of a research study and its conduct and how objectives contribute to program goals.
• Proven accuracy, discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
• Experience managing a team toward complex goals and completing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing performance feedback to team members.
• Develop, monitor, and track project timelines; alert when off track.
• Coordinate internal meetings and manage contract negotiations with vendors.
• Assist PM with planning, delegation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and professional development.
• Contribute to proposals, grant writing, and collaborator input review.
