Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager to lead the project support team, coordinate timelines, and manage cross-functional tasks with external collaborators and funders. This remote role requires a bachelor’s degree with five years’ related experience, strong communication and supervisory skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Up to 5% overnight travel; exempt; salary range $55,500–$86,500.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years progressively more responsible related work experience.
• Thorough understanding of research study conduct and program objectives.
• High accuracy, discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory ability and experience managing teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage project support team assignments, deadlines and interdependencies.
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing performance feedback.
• Assist with development and monitoring of project timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and vendor contracts.
• Support planning and delegation across functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for project efficiencies.
• Assist with contract development with funder and ensure compliance.
• Verify and track non-personnel expenditures monthly.
