Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager to oversee project support teams and drive timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and stakeholder communication in a research setting.

You will supervise staff, manage meetings and contracts, and contribute to proposals and grants while supporting professional development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years progressively more responsible related work experience.
• Strong understanding of a research study and its conduct and objectives.
• High accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality in handling data.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing a team toward complex goals.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, deadlines, and interdependencies.
• Provide direct supervision and performance feedback to team members.
• Develop, monitor, and track project timelines; alert when off track.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings & manage vendor contracts.
• Assist the Project Manager with planning and cross-functional delegation.
• Contribute to proposal development and grant-related efforts.
