Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of health research projects. You will set standards, guide project planning, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across contracts.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with clients and program directors, report monthly on progress and finances, and advance best practices in project management within a research-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with ten years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple contract areas including timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a PMO across diverse health research projects, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight.
• Serve as liaison between clients and project teams, providing monthly progress and budget reports.
• Develop and implement PM standards, tools, processes, and best practices with PMO leadership.
• Mentor and supervise project staff and ensure timely, high-quality project deliverables.
