Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with ten years of progressively more responsible project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience in direct and indirect management of large teams toward complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Experience with earned value management (EVM).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project management efforts across programs to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the day-to-day liaison to client or funding agency leadership.
• Provide required project progress and budget reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of project management standards, tools, and processes.
• Oversee supervision for multiple project managers and coordinators.
• Ensure all project-related products, analyses, reports, and presentations meet quality standards.
