The role requires strong leadership, excellent planning, and substantial experience with government grants and health research projects. This position offers a remote, nationwide scope with opportunities for travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field plus 10 years PM experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience leading large teams on complex projects.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience managing government grants and contracts.
• Knowledge of biostatistical concepts and clinical health research.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management software.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain project work plans and resource estimates.
• Review and re-estimate work plans with contingencies and budget changes.
• Prepare general project cost estimates and finalize budgets.
• Negotiate resources with managers and principal investigators.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure progress and understanding of plans.
• Prepare project-related products: analyses, reports, visuals.
• Act as liaison to client or funder leadership.
• Report project progress and budgets monthly to stakeholders.
• Support PMO with standards, tools, processes.
