Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager to lead project management standards and oversee diverse projects in a fully remote capacity. You will coordinate with program directors, manage budgets, timelines, and reporting, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires strong organizational skills, PMP certification (or equivalent), and extensive experience in government grants and research projects within health-related fields.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with ten years progressive project management experience, including five areas: timelines, budgets, risks, communications, deliverables, reporting.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing large teams toward complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Experience managing government grants and contracts for research.
• Understanding of biostatistical, technical programming, and clinical health research issues.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Mansioni

• Lead development of project management standards, tools, processes, and best practices.
• Serve as proposal Project Manager and mentor Project Coordinators/Project Associates.
• Oversee PMO activities across diverse contracts, funding sources, and scientific content.
• Provide liaison to client or funder leadership and report on project performance.
• Supervise and guide project management efforts across programs.
