Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager to lead project portfolio management across research initiatives. This remote role focuses on developing standards, coordinating contracts, and guiding resource planning for complex programs.

The PMO Manager partners with project staff and senior leadership to ensure timely delivery, compliance with reporting requirements, and effective budget oversight in a dynamic, research-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, quantitative social science, or management with 10 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing large teams toward complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing government research grants/contracts.
• Understanding of biostatistical, technical programming, and clinical health research.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
