Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead project governance and oversight for a portfolio of research programs. The role emphasizes rigorous planning, budgeting, and performance reporting to internal stakeholders and funders.

You will mentor project staff, coordinate with directors and investigators, and implement standardized tools and processes across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least ten years managing large projects or programs.
• Experience with budgets, deliverables, and reporting to sponsors.
• Strong governance and performance-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project management standards and tools.
• Serve as Project Manager across diverse contracts and programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare client and funder reporting on progress and budgets.
• Mentor and supervise Project Coordinators and Associates.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
