Job summary

The ideal candidate brings extensive project leadership experience, PMP certification, and strong proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. Strong background in health research grants is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with ten years of progressive project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing large teams of people toward complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Experience managing government grants and contracts for research.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project management standards, tools, processes, and best practices.
• Oversee PMO operations and coordinate across programs and contracts.
• Serve as liaison to client or funder leadership and provide regular reports.
• Provide mentorship to project staff and supervise project managers.
• Manage contracts including scope of work and budget, ensuring compliance.
