Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with ten years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing large teams and complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing government grants and contracts for research.
• An understanding of biostatistical, technical programming, and clinical issues related to health care research in general.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) across diverse contracts and programs.
• Supervise staff and mentor Project Coordinators and Associates.
• Collaborate with project staff and program leadership to meet objectives and timelines.
• Provide timely project progress and budget reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee scope, budgets, risks, and deliverables for research projects.
